    Hello. I bought this coffee machine a year ago. Since then, I have never had information about performing a descaling cycle. I have cleaned with tablets 5-6 times. Does anyone on the forum know how to force the descaling cycle in this coffee machine? There is nothing in the manual about forcing descaling, only that it will inform you if necessary.

    Pour water into the tank up to the calc level. Dissolve the tablet. Turn on hot water 300ml. When finished, pour out the rest of the solution from the tank and pour in clean water. Repeat the 300ml hot water cycle at least twice. And after descaling.
    However, it will not be saved in the machine`s memory.

    Giving the method of descaling in the answer is only an emergency method, because this process is carried out with cold water without heating. To start the automatic cycle, you must activate the counters /service-settings/, including the activation of the filter, even without its physical installation. And after the problem everything should start automatically. Regards.
