    Hello,
We have a dilemma at home ...
We have not had a TV at home for a long time. We don't want to pay a subscription fee for viewing ads.
The problem that I wanted to raise and ask for good advice concerns the video receiver in the living room, but without the obligation to pay subscription fees.

Specifically, we need a device at home, about 26-32 inches, which will have a EURO input (we have a PlayStation 1 and 2 at home), an HDMI input and a D-Sub (vga).
I have not found a monitor that would meet these requirements, and we also do not want to keep a CRT TV at home due to its size. We do not want to pay a radio / TV subscription because we do not watch TV, but what to do when you need a device to watch movies, e.g. from a DVD / bluray player or a game console.

Maybe someone wise found a solution to this problem or some monitor model with analog video inputs (Euro, chinch)

The monitor, if I remember correctly, is not a TV set (if it does not have a TV tuner), so there is no need to register it and pay the subscription fee.
Pursuant to the Act on subscription fees, a radio or television receiver is a technical device adapted to receive a program.

You're right and I know it. Therefore, I am looking to bypass the subscription, since I do not watch TV with my family anyway, why pay, we need a device with the functionality of today's LED / LCD TV sets, but without the possibility of receiving a TV signal.
I would like to connect a DVD / Bluray player, PS1, PS2 game consoles, a computer and possibly a camera to this

Theoretically, if you remove the head from the LCD TV set, it ceases to be a device capable of receiving any program from the antenna.
But most of the users use the TV this way.
Both cable and satellite networks provide a signal through a set-top box connected with an HDMI cable. So the TV works as a monitor.
So despite the fact that they do not connect any cable to the antenna socket, they watch hundreds of programs.
Just because you will be using a monitor in place of a television set does not ensure that you do not have a television receiving device. After all, you can download the signal to the monitor from cable, satellite, USB TV tuner, the Internet.

I am not interested in receiving TV !!! I don't want it and I don't need it. He wants to play a story from DVD for his child and play PS2 with his son. Such a monitor is supposed to stand in the living room to watch from a DVD or even a VCR yet. It does not need a device that receives a TV signal, only a signal from a DVD player and PS2, a computer.

I asked for advice on this forum because I got information that it is one of the few places where specialists in various fields visit. I need the device receives the signal from Euro (sp2, video recorder) hdmi (computer), VGA (computer) but I don't need a dvb-t decoder or whatever. Will you help?
