Hello, I have a request for information. , which I didn`t find while "searching". I bought Integra 128 and before installation, I wanted to run the DloadX program dry on the computer. The program asks for a password at the entrance, which I cannot find in the instructions. Is it possible to run the program this way and is the password universal?
Thanks in advance for your support.

gigi-44, it`s on the satellite website, and when you buy each disc you get a set of instructions and a CD. Are we in kindergarten?

    Thanks for your reaction.
On page 28 there is a service password to be entered in the keypad, not in the DloadX program on a computer that is not connected to the control panel. Entering the combination on page 28 is ineffective.

norbercie.s: With all due respect, I`m really new to the forum, but will you hit everyone today because you have such a strong push for a closed group? Sorry

No, but it`s my habit to read it five times before I ask...

    The password is 1234

Thank you very much . Works.
I read it more than 5 times, and now I also searched the PDF files with instructions and this term does not appear.

But enough talking. Thanks again for the info.

And to make it more fun, if you don`t change the password in the DloadX program, just press ENTER and the text "Manufacturer`s password: 1234" appears.

THEREFORE, ALARM SYSTEMS SHOULD BE DEALT WITH BY INSTALLERS, NOT BY LAYERS ;p

Hello, my friend, just like me, I`m practically new to the forum.
Taking into account the above answer and the next one posted by you in the closed forum topic, I don`t understand anything anymore.

If I may comment... Because I`m new to the forum

As someone wrote above, the forum is for people who do it as a hobby or in an innovative way, because not everyone goes through a series of training courses and receives a technical security license with the purchase of their first control panel (I can say this about myself, I have not passed the training or license and I won`t get it because I don`t have a profession - electronics etc. Because we have sick regulations in the Polish state) and I deal with security in a number of banks because the management values me for my skills and not for the paperwork or training, so in my opinion, there should be some demarcation on the Forum for People who They are dealing with alarm systems for the first time and are people who are professional, experienced installers
Because in fact, they provide detailed answers and help, but let`s not forget that sometimes they also encounter things that are complicated and not explained even for a trained technician. It`s about more complicated programming or faults (or how to remove the installer code (blocked by software). from DSC exchanges without sending them to the Service and costing money)
Or how to upgrade the control panels and what accessories the control panel should have or what are the errors in the control panels or what equipment is new and recommended

Do hobbyists have the right to deal with alarms and exchange knowledge or not?
    Regards

I am glad that there is a chance for hobbyists to tinker and seek support from others. This is my case, as you can see above, I asked a question about a password that I couldn`t find in the instructions. And after this question, a thread was started asking for alarms to be handled by professionals... and let them do it, but let them also give hobbyists the right to operate in their own homes, because I never wrote that I deal with it professionally.

SPartys I`m sorry that my statement was inappropriate and out of place
