De Dietrich MCR 24 Boiler Error E04: Issues with Ignition, Small Flame & Venting Procedure

I have a problem with the boiler as in the subject. During the venting procedure at the beginning, the boiler tries to ignite 5 times, but it ignites only for 1 second with a very small flame and then goes out. There is a spark, el ignition-ionizac new, gas at ignition 2.5 mbar, and yet it does not ignite. Please help

check the transformer attached to the gas valve, it seems to be unbreakable and the varistor inside is falling and hence the errors 04 and 06

In this boiler, the amount of gas is set for flue gas analysis.
Check if the phase with neutral is not inverted.
Check the fuse on the reducer or that the gas pressure does not drop.

The pressure does not drop, checked with a micromanometer at the outlet of the valve 2.5mbar
on the gas valve. 25 mbar.

And how much was it before you switched to these 2.5 mbar?
I have already written that the pressure behind the fittings says little because the boiler is regulated for analysis.
From what it seems to me, there should be negative or zero pressure there.
It is true that I have never measured it in this boiler, but it is possible that this is how it should be. And an order of magnitude a little smaller 0 -10 Pa, not mbar. However, I may be wrong. I would like to point out that I have never measured the pressure behind the fittings in this boiler.

Have you checked the phase sequence with zero yet?
Check the connection of the protective conductor to the panic and transformer.

Also write what you did with this boiler that it broke down.

I understand that it is not regulated, but I have to light it somehow, so it gives more gas to the burner - 4 mbars. I replaced the gas fittings, transformer, electrode and it's the same, it still lights up for 1s and goes out. Phase zero has nothing to do with it.

You see. I would start with this before I replace anything and change the gas pressure blindly.
