Dedicated set-top boxes from satellite platforms have various difficulties and limitations of reception from satellites other than the only ones that are right for them. But do as you see fit. As for the Eutelsat at 16E it is so weak that on an ordinary meter such as DSM it practically does not give "ping" (at least in Poland in Krakow).
