Eurobird9 or Hotbird for NC+ Signal Reception: Antenna Calibration & Satellite Positioning

Hello.
I had a problem with the signal to Nc plus (the wind moved my antenna). From the information I found on the internet, it appears that the antenna should be set to the Hotbird satellite. I set the antenna with a borrowed meter. However, after setting the antenna on the Hotbird, I do not have a picture.
I find it only after setting on Eurobird 9a satellite. The attached pictures show the signal strength of the antenna set "correctly" for reception.
My question is - do I have an improperly calibrated meter or maybe Eurobird pickup is also possible?

There must be a signal from the Hot Bird 13 satellite.
Try setting the strength of the signal in the satellite tuner using the bars.
Set the signal meter to transponder 11,509 GHz, Vertcal polarity, Symbol Rate 27500
