I warmly welcome. I have a problem with the ignition module in the TGB Blade 425 quad. I need a pin header in this module. The moment I plug in a two-pin plug, it burns the IGNITION fuse. Anyone have any idea for this? In the store they told me that there is no way that the ignition module would burn a fuse.

According to the diagram (at the end of the service) it appears that there is a DC-CDI ignition installed, so there is a high probability that the module is damaged (short circuit) and blows fuse, unless you try to connect a regular AC-CDI module from a typical (Chinese) scooter.
I did not browse the entire service, pinout can be given in the chapter with the electrician, only that with the replacement of this module can be a problem. It's best if you ask the importer.

Hey. Generally, I thought to apply a module from the Chinese quad because the pins are on the electrode, I'm afraid not to burn something else.

Generally there are three plugins in this module. I just read that after unplugging the last 6-pin plug, it will work in such a way as if the electronic block was removed so I think about using some such module with regulation. What do you think?

It is unlikely to fit a Chinese quad - AC-CDI types are usually used there.
I advise you to buy the original from TGB.
Substitutes are hard to recommend, because it is Chinese shit or too expensive.

Did the colleague handle this module, because I tried to replace it with the casoli black module but the effect is that it fires but I do not want to turn on the revolutions, shoots, suffocates.

Welcome. I managed to get this ignition module with a guarantee. But I have a problem. The spark is only after the first rotation then it disappears, you have to turn the ignition off and on again and again it is only at the first turn. Do you have any ideas what could have happened yet?

    Hello
I finally managed to run the casoli black module in this quad here, it crushes the cables.
