I have an optical audio output on the TV and I want to connect to the tower with a minijack input. How to connect it? Is this "Optical JACK 3.5mm plug - TOSLINK socket" adapter from Allegro suitable?

I think you need a signal converter from optical to analog, this adapter is not suitable.
    Enter the tower model.

You need a signal converter as I wrote above, if you have a jack-jack cable, you can connect the TV from the headphone output.

I know that I can connect through the headphone, but every time I do not want to listen through the tower, I will have to disconnect the cable from the TV. Can you send a link to this converter?

And it will do? Toslink Coaxial to 2x Cinch RCA Optical Converter?

I do not want to start a new topic, but I have a question about the quality of this converter given in the link from allegro by @ mspider86. I wonder whether to buy a FiiO D3, or maybe this cheaper converter for PLN 50? In this way, I want to output the sound from the TV to the headphones (without cutting off the sound in the TV speakers).

I will answer myself, maybe it will be useful to someone. There were quite a few similar topics in different forums and I usually didn't see a specific solution there.

If we want the TV to play simultaneously sound from TV speakers + headphones (e.g. for a hearing impaired person) and we only have an optical output in our TV, you should buy an optical converter, such as the one given in the above answers. I have the cheapest one (Chinese for about PLN 50). And I must admit that it is enough for my needs. The first problem here is the inability to adjust the volume, which can be solved by having headphones with volume control.
However, there is one more problem, a very quiet output sound (in a TV, e.g. from Samsung, it is not possible to adjust the digital sound to, for example, strengthen it). I dealt with this problem so that I led the sound from the TV to the old DVD player, set the AUX mode in it and was able to output the sound to the headphones and get any volume.

And one more thing, if you ask why so much trouble with all this, you can output audio through the Euro connector, then the speakers will also work and I should be pleased. However, this does not fully fix the problem. When playing something from an external drive, USB flash drive or a browser built into the TV, there is no sound. The only option for sound in these cases is the optical output.

Thanks to this, my TV does not have to be loud and the hearing impaired person has headphones and can freely adjust the volume, regardless of me.

Topic summary

To connect a TV with an optical audio output to a tower with a minijack input, a signal converter from optical to analog is required, as a direct adapter (Optical JACK 3.5mm plug - TOSLINK socket) is not suitable. Users discussed the JVC UX-TB30 tower model and suggested using a Toslink to RCA converter. A specific link to a converter was provided, and it was confirmed that a Toslink Coaxial to 2x Cinch RCA Optical Converter would work. Additionally, for simultaneous audio output from the TV speakers and headphones, a basic optical converter can be used, although it may result in low output volume. Some users recommended using headphones with volume control or routing the sound through an older DVD player to adjust the volume effectively.
