What is this system? Take a screenshot of the entire desktop so that you can see anything.

    You must be kidding yourself.
There is no driver for the network card in the manager (I presume that this WIFI) - YELLOW EXCLUSION
And the ipconfig / all command only shows the normal (wired) network card.
I do not know the network card which "switches the mode from normal to WiFi". You have two network cards: one in the motherboard [built-in] and for it there are probably drivers along with others on the CD from the disc] Second WiFI or USB or in PCI or ePCI and you should have drivers for it on another board.

Install the headsets for the WiFI card
Configure the connection (network selection - encryption methods and access passwords)
    And it will start racing.

As you can see there are no drivers. You must install them. To do this, right-click and download using Windows Update.

By the way: how will he do it when there is no network?
Well, unless it connects with a cable.

    That's why I wrote that.

Topic summary

The user is experiencing connectivity issues with their Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller after formatting their PC, which previously connected via WiFi. The device manager indicates the network card is functioning normally, but the user is unable to connect wirelessly and is prompted to use a wired connection instead. Responses suggest that the user may not have installed the necessary drivers for the WiFi card, which could be a separate component from the motherboard's Ethernet card. Recommendations include checking for driver installation, using Windows Update to download missing drivers, and configuring the WiFi connection settings.
