Switching Mode Power Supply replace for unrepairable damaged p/supply PS-126-II-4.5

Beware of universal laptop power supply units on sale. I know of three that have gone BANG and tripped out the house! Mine, like the others, came from Hong Kong and were listed as UK suppliers..Not.! On examining the unit I found no fuse, no overload trip and very poor wiring and soldered joints. The construction was basically
