    Hello. Today, after turning on the laptop, I did not have internet. After a few reboots of the router, I decided to restart. "Preparing for Installation" appeared before shutting down. After 100%, the laptop has not restarted, only for several hours there is an inscription "restart". Will it finally start or can I turn it off with the button without any consequences. I will add that I installed mcafee internet security yesterday.

    Winows update shows that there are no new updates. For security reasons, it still scans the entire laptop. Is this mcafee internet security recommendable? I noticed that after installing it, my hard drive works louder.

    Personally, I don't like MCafee has always annoyed me, and it is being forced into unwanted software with other programs, so maybe that's how I rate it. I even prefer Avast with ads. I choose Comodo from the freebies. But that's a matter of habit.

    I have personally used Comodo Internet Security for the last 3 years, it has never let me down, but now I'm testing Panda Free out of curiosity and so far it's all ok.
