Hello, when renovating the boiler room I would like to make myself switch off the outside socket when arming the alarm using a Satel Verso 15 alarm and relay. Because I have reason to believe that someone has been using the socket while I am away. I would like to know how I could do this. I have empty conduits between the control panel and the switchboard and when I renovate I can replace/add a cable to the socket outside. Could you advise me if the socket should be changed or if I should use a contactor?

    Hola!
In my opinion relay plus contactor on TS35 so called "silent used in hospitals" NC.

That is, for example, such a combination:
    RM85-12V relay
    Hager 1NC 25A contactor
Isn't there some such ready-made socket with a contactor? And I am also concerned that it should not draw a lot of current during "standby".

The switch installed in the boiler room, connected to the socket, draws the least amount of current.
If you need it, you turn it on and that's it.

The external socket is rarely used, just install a separate fuse for this circuit and switch it on when needed.
If you want to use an alarm, set the free output to the standby indicator and connect the coil of a relay (e.g. RM 84 16A) to it, and on the C/NC contacts connect this socket.

A relay is not suitable for this application.
A contactor must be used. Contrary to appearances, these are two different devices.
