Hello,
I had problems with the instability of the old D-link dir 300 router, and replaced it with a new TP Link TL-WR843N. The problem is that it is just as unstable. The instability was that in my house about 10 people used the old D-link network, of which 4 were connected with LAN cables to the network, and the rest normally via WI-FI. D-link could crash and stop working out of nowhere, the router was already old so I thought I would replace it. The purchased TP-Link turned out to be equally unstable. And if it worked smoothly yesterday after setting it up and using a guide on YouTube, today it again refuses to obey. And here I come to the conclusion that maybe the problem is the WAN port or modem. Anyway, on my IP page (which I have changed so that there is no conflict of IP interests with the router) I get the error "WAN port is unplugged!" If I turn off the modem and power supply from the router for a while, then after turning it on again, the router will probably work properly for the next hour, after which it will start to fail again. The LED from the WAN port, or if you prefer Ethernet lights up depending on the mood, green (then works), orange (not working), flashes, or is turned off. I tried to replace the Ethernet cable from the modem to the router and it worked for a while and then stopped walking again. I am helpless, which is why I count on your answers.
