Since this is my first post in this forum, welcome everyone. Maybe I will present my situation and what I would like to get.
I live in a tower block and together with my neighbor we have adapted a part of the hallway corridor. Just a neighbor put in an extra door. Additional buttons for new doors are released for the bells (AC 230 V). I recently had a traffic accident that caused me to move on crutches. To make my life easier, I decided to install an IP video intercom. My point is to use a smartphone to check who is "getting to" the apartment or open the door. You would also be able to take a picture or record a video of the incoming person (with the date and time of the event). I have WiFi in the apartment. Maybe something like: Kenwei-KW-1380MC-1B-600/484. I do not need any monitor, cards, keyrings, all control is to be done from a smartphone (Android). And one more remark. It must remain possible to open the lock with a classic key.
Now specific questions for Dear Professionals:
    1. What do you think about linked Kenwei? Or maybe you have other suggestions?
    2. What else would I have to buy, apart from the panel and electromechanical lock, to get the functionality described?
    3. Does the panel have to have a company application, or can it be any and what do you recommend?
That's all for now, if any questions were asked, I will gladly answer.
    greetings

Ok, it can be done, but it's good to answer a few questions and realize a few things before:
    - does the neighbor participate in the investment / is to have a possible preview, the possibility of remote opening?
    -budget
-will we talk to the guest or is it enough to watch him?
    - of course, that correctly mounted hitch must allow the door to be opened with the key. The trouble is rather that the mere closing of the hook is not a reliable protection.
    - the camera which the colleague gave as an example is not an IP camera, it is a simple analog that requires a monitor.
I am waiting for a reply.

Thank you for the quick response, I am already replying.
    - No, it's not a neighbor.
    - Budget - PLN 1,500
    - Audio + video
    - You can twist the insert for the night and for a longer absence
    - What does a colleague propose?

Well-made hitch + anchor, handles instead of door handles - hitch power supply - let's book it just in case PLN 400
So a little bit for something like this: IP SAFE S03P IP video door phone. There are colleagues who praise the forum here, I have mixed feelings. Certainly solid. Nice idea with a camera in the shape of a cylinder mounted in the yoke housing. For the rest, I have mixed feelings (conversation on the principle of walke talke, knocked me down)
And for recording you need a server / network drive / permanently on computer)
So an IP camera with a built-in speaker and microphone may seem ideal. Has WI-FI, records on memory cards. It may have no output to operate the catch, which can be bypassed through the GSM or LAN module, or remotes.
I intentionally do not provide a specific model, because for none that it will work as expected, and even more so happily ever after. Well, unless one of your colleagues has some positive experiences with some model. Just type in the search engine: IP camera with microphone and speaker.

I took a chance and bought this product, the experience works best so far .. The conversation is already full-duplex and you do not need to hold your finger to talk, there are also updates that have improved my synchronization and you can turn on full-duplex or half-duplex.

To this, in the application on the phone you can add any IP camera after RTSP and have a preview from another page. I bought a cheaper model Safe IP S03 is the newer S06 which is more expensive and I regret a little that I did not add it because it has a 1.3MP camera and built-in 8GB microSD and the difference is about PLN 200-300 PLN. Good technical support at the beginning I had a problem with vision in the internal network and it turned out that you need to change to an alternative stream and port to a non-standard one. You also need to delete your browser history before logging into the video doorphone again, because it seems that the settings have not been saved, and after clearing the history, the marked option when you log in again is ok.
The best part is that a great Windows application is available where you can install several devices on any computer on the network and beyond. If you have an office at home, that's great! Background work, full photo archiving with logs, event playback, etc ...
It is a pity that there is no rfid reader right away, guest recommended: http://hatpol.pl/czytnik-zblizeniowy-cp-z2l-125khz-p-193.html but these are additional costs.
In addition, we have SIP like in Helios and I have tested on the Slican switchboard, in parallel calling a landline and you do not need to buy a license ..

We'll see how winter survives and then mount it to a friend and buy a newer one. :) .

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around finding a suitable IP video intercom for a resident in a tower block who requires smartphone control for door access due to mobility issues. The user seeks a system that allows video and audio communication, remote door opening, and the ability to record events, while still permitting traditional key access. Initial responses highlight the importance of budget considerations, neighbor involvement, and the need for a reliable installation. Suggestions include the IP SAFE S03P model, with discussions on its features, such as full-duplex communication and compatibility with additional IP cameras. The user ultimately expresses hesitation about the installation process and considers managing without the intercom.
