Hello. I have a problem, I bought a Netis WF2411 router and I can not configure Wi-Fi in any way. I would like to add that I have internet with Multimedia Polska, is it possible that the router has some manufacturing fault? Thank you in advance for your help.

Do you have access to the router's configuration? Preferably cable to a computer and then you configure Netis.

So on the site I have to choose either fast configuration or advanced. None of them work.

Kablowo, do you have access to the Internet? Netis hooked through the WAN port to the modem provider? What does the Router Status tab show?

Everything looks good here. How have you set up Netis security for your wireless network. What does ipconfig / all show when you're connected to a wireless network - link

I do not really understand this last sentence? If no device can see the SSID, it looks like a broken copy.

But do you have this network from Netis or from an AD-HOC laptop? I'm sorry but I do not know what you write to me now !?

With a laptop but it's a bit of a chore because the laptop must be turned on all the time to make the wireless network work

Initial troubleshooting steps included checking the router's configuration access and ensuring it was connected via the WAN port. Despite following the setup process, the user reported that neither the fast nor advanced configuration options were successful.
