Hello, I have a problem replacing the intercom in a block.
Unfortunately, I do not know what the central unit is, I don't know much about it.
Until now I had the one in the picture
Replacement of entry phone in a block - Connection problem
quite strangely connected, i.e. from the wall a 2-core twisted cable with a 4-core cable in pairs (2 to 1). Everything wrapped in a medical plaster. Interestingly, it's the same for a neighbor.
I bought a new intercom in Castorama, according to the seller it should work.
Model Analog uniphone by Cyfral smart model 824199 as in the picture

according to the instructions it should be connected to L1 and L2 but nothing works.
Is this a problem of compatibility of this camera with the control panel or is it connected badly, please help.

ps. If compatibility can you recommend something? Thanks in advance.

I don't associate this model. Please take a clear picture of the board and the entire uniphone.

In fact, I am not surprised because some time ago (decades) how the fashion for installing intercoms in Poland began and what some saw that you can earn good money quickly changed into "door intercom". And so intercoms were established by painters, builders, mechanics, etc.
For the sake of clarity, I have nothing to these industries but reservations about the quality of their work.

theoretically. Cyfral once produced several models of uniphones for various exchanges which resulted in their incompatibility. Despite the identical-looking covers of uniphones and exchanges.

maybe the polarity change will help.

For Codi this ordinary analog phone will work. The digital uniphone from Castorama will not work.
But you can give up ;)

I understand, in part, though I wonder why a phone call, I would like to buy a fancy TV and play only holiday photos on it. Unless the originator was about connecting the phone with the intercom in one camera ...

Don't bother, this system just has it. Using the keypad from the telephone / intercom and appropriate codes, you can reach other premises or the concierge.
You don't even know what you have?

Now I know what I have, as I wrote at the beginning I do not know intercoms.
And you can still tell me if Uniphone Codi APS-713 will suit me, I found something like this on Allegro.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the replacement of an intercom system in a residential block. The user is facing connection issues with a new Cyfral Analog uniphone model 824199, which was purchased from Castorama. The previous intercom setup involved a 2-core twisted cable connected to a 4-core cable, leading to confusion regarding compatibility with the new unit. Responses suggest that older intercom models may have compatibility issues due to different wiring standards and recommend checking the polarity of connections. A suggestion is made to consider the Codi APS-713 uniphone as a potential compatible replacement. The user is advised to verify compatibility before purchasing.
