That's what I did and at exactly known temperature, the actual value differed from that of the characteristics by 12K at 0 ° C.
I will give you that the differences were different at other temperatures. You can draw a completely different characteristic in this way. At positive temperatures the difference was about 5K (20stC).
The characteristics presented in the first post are appropriate for a functional thermistor. I think it will be a Thermistor MF52 10K F. It has very similar characteristics.
