Good morning,
Gentlemen, are there any lte modems on the market that can be connected with a twisted pair to the router's WAN socket? The situation is that I currently have wireless internet access via an external antenna, on the roof and an adsl modem, in the attic, which is connected with a twisted pair, 20 m long, with a wifi router on the ground floor of the house. The twisted pair is routed through a ventilation duct, which is a non-invasive and invisible solution. Now, I would like to start using lte and I came up with something like this - an lte antenna on the roof, an lte modem in the attic connected to a router on the ground floor of the house. This solution would avoid running two long cables between the lte router and an external antenna on the roof. Are there such solutions? Maybe you could suggest some others? Can he put an lte router in the attic? but how to connect it then to the wi fi router located on the ground floor of the house?
Thanks in advance,
