    I can't install sound for Windows 10 64bit. The hard disk was replaced in the lap. After all, the equipment was twisted and the system was installed. The only problem is the lack of sound. Does not recognize the sound card.     First thing, download everest portable and see if it detects the card, if not the best way is windows live or linux and check if there is sound and exclude a hardware fault, and confirm that this is the fault of the system.

    it is best to take a different disk and install win 7 on it and everything will be explained, but from what you write it looks like it is damage to the hardware and not the fault of the software
