Buddy, I know satellite and oil. At home, I have an oil switchboard after it beats satellite.
I really recommend zero problems for 3 years.

For the cottage, I recommend Ropam OptimaGSM with the latest TPR-4 LCD touch panel. A large number of wired inputs / outputs with expansion with wireless A lot of options for controlling and notifying SMS about every event in the system, controlling the automation, the control unit can perform virtually any logical functions, those "built into the program" or your own entered by means of a script, 230V mains control, if it is well programmed, it is practically failure-free, stable. Technical support far exceeds Satellite.

Technical support is probably why it is poor in Satellite, because it does not cover so many customers .. :) . Ropam will be interested, it is not necessary to rely only on a juggernaut.

Not only because. In Ropama, in case of problems, you will always receive help and support, even if in case of any errors it would involve interference in the software. I recommend

    Buddy, I have a proposal.
Call satellite and ropam with technical questions.
You will get the answer right away.

I called Satellite, you have to listen to the melodies a bit before the technical advisor call.

I have Satel Perfectra 32 WRL next to me.
The phone application takes a long time to load, which annoys me.
This is how it continues at ROPAM?

We also have "ropama" on the forum. A smaller company is closer to people :)
Somehow I did not notice that someone from satellite considered it appropriate to refer to this topic (160 responses, I would say personal dramas ;) and over 35,000 views)

The operation of our applications can be checked on a demo, after installing the app there is a DEMO object
    - operation via GPRS and RopamBridge: RopamBasic
    RopamBasic

    - operation via WIFI / LAN, fixed IP address: RopamNeo
    RopamNeo

Obviously these are demo objects so someone else can be logged in then try again later.

And how with these touch panels?
The difference is almost negligible in relation to the options, and the difference in price is considerable.
However, PLN 250 net is a colossal surcharge ...

Colleagues, have you dealt with two models? Can you see significant differences?

As for the panels - the functionality is identical - the question is who likes what.
The glass finish is more "elegant"
There is a discussion here to compare the products of both companies: Link
