I think you mean 16V NR and pin 13. See the drawing in JPG. You have a 16V NR connector there - pin 13 is connected to the motor controller with 32V NR pin F4, the cable has No. 1229. Relay from BSM provides power to the motor controller on pin A4 via 1203 cable

Ok, then what is needed by the ECU to excite BSM, of course, apart from power supply and mass, digital signal from BSI?

My problem was not excitation of the ECU (no engine indicator), fortunately the problem was a simple rotten BSM connecting cable with ECU, Unfortunately, before I repaired the break in the cable I did a 30km car (to work) giving the weight directly to BSM and after that the car died engine driver error P1613 Telecoding - general error, there is no spark but gives fuel what could happen in such a case ??
