Hello. As the topic . Master loses power at about 4 degrees and below and during fog it is even worse. First of all, because the car has already been driven a lot, I removed the DPF filter so I was told but it did not give any results. After returning from the route, I took the car to the Renault service there, I was told that the battery is completely dead and this could be the reason because even while driving it did not land properly and had voltage drops. It seemed a little unlikely to me but Ok. I put a new battery stronger and the problem remained. I decided to disappoint the car in a different place (service with many good reviews), they checked the turbine and said it was Ok, there was not the slightest error in the injection, so I did not decide to check it on the machine because it was expensive and the service's assurance said it was not 99% . They only replaced the fuel and air filter, but it didn't help either.
    Help please

Instead of smoking 10l, it can 14-15l per hundred at 90 km / h

Thinking mechanics and electronics, cut ... the best. Fast money earned and spent at the same time.
These days are passing, now they will put it back.
I would check the correct operation of the EGR valve, which can give the effects you describe if it has problems with closing.
    He checked NOT cut :)

    Thank you for the hint.
I will definitely check how I will have the opportunity. As for DPF, it wasn't a hint from the mechanic who cut it out for me. The only thing he said is that the filter is very clogged and can cause a slow power, so I decided to get rid of it.

Since replacing the battery and filters, I did 1500km and the car seemed to go normally and the temp sometimes -20 ... I don't know what hurts it anymore.

I also noticed that as if after driving I go gently to 90 km / h there is no problem but when it comes to get up the hill and start adding more gas then the car weakens and I have to reduce sometimes to 4 for small driveways.

And you checked the compression ??

Personally not because I have no idea ... ;)
As I wrote, the master went through two services including one authorized Renault and I have no idea if it was checked. I think not. I will add now that here probably the temp has nothing to do with the behavior of the engine. At -20 the car sometimes goes normally sometimes it doesn't go ... More and more people tell me to take care of this EGR valve.

However, I am interested in one thing. Why did nobody even think in both services that this could be the cause of problems ...

Someone will recommend a mechanic / service in Poznań and vicinity where I can give my car to check this EGR?

Because the name Authorized service does not necessarily mean that professionals work there. If you do not have the basics of the concept of "compression measurement", put the car in the workshop and let them do it to you because you will spend more money on such a donation "or maybe it was because someone told me, or maybe now" You were on a computer? one can deduce a lot from the parameters, if anyone has an idea, are there any errors?

This is the best. Now a horse with a row to who gets what's going on after removing part of the program. Anyone thinking about the flow ???

There's nothing under the computer. Totally no errors. Maybe I made a mistake with this dpf but if the car still goes sometimes good sometimes bad it probably was not a problem. I will be in Poland, I will check the compression and this egr.

    Hello
Is there a solution to this?

Hello, I would check the EGR valve - it is possible that it is cut in a given position and this gives the effect of the engine work.

    Regards

It would be a mistake and nothing here

What is this diagnosed? Can I do diagnostics with Clip?

I have no power after replacing the engine all the time. 90km to achieve is success. The injections are the same. Only the bar is new.
There are no errors. The measuring blocks were read by such a magician and sent to a Renault service. They said everything is ok. The car still does not drive. Some tragedy. I used to ride 140 an hour on it

And you know something about the subject?

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Renault Master 2.3 dci 146 km experiencing a power drop at low temperatures, particularly around 4 degrees Celsius and during fog. The owner has removed the DPF filter, replaced the battery, and had the vehicle serviced at two different locations, including an authorized Renault service, but the issue persists. The vehicle consumes more fuel than usual, and the owner suspects the EGR valve might be malfunctioning, as it has not been checked thoroughly by the services. Other suggestions include checking the engine compression and ensuring proper diagnostics are performed to identify any underlying issues.
