I registered on this forum as I hope someone will help me. Well, my washing machine displays the message "wasserhahn zu?" After pressing the "start" button. You can press start or wait and the message disappears by itself.

During washing, the same message pops up 7-9 times, but at the same time the washing machine stops and the drum lock is turned off. Just like pressing Pauze. Then I have to press start and the washing machine starts. Later, another message, start and another, etc. The washing is done, the washing machine is washing, but these strange messages pop up and you have to check every now and then if it pops up sometimes and whether you need to press start. It is very tedious.

I have no idea what this may be ... For peasant reason it is probably not a mechanical fault because then the washing machine would not wash? I do not know. Therefore, I am asking for help. Maybe someone had a similar problem or knows how to solve it.

Open my friend the powder drawer like the German in the video and see if the stream in the dispenser is strong or if the water is barely dripping. It seems to me that this gentleman was cleaning the strainer in the solenoid valve. Let a colleague check and it will be clear. Best regards.

I think you may be right, because yesterday I opened the drawer and saw that there was a lot of old washing powder in the right compartment. My wife said that due to the fact that she did not take the powder, she started using capsules .... I do not push myself to wash and my wife did not complain ... Thank you very much for the advice, because everything works great. Indeed the strainers were dirty. One at the aquastop, the other at the "inlet" to the washing machine. It's amazing that it was such nonsense and we got so tired. Thank you very much again and best regards!
