32GB Micro SD Card Not Formatting: Errors in Diskpart, SDformatter, Low Level & HP USB Tools

Hello, I have a 32 GB Micro SD card, recently something has started to happen to it. It cannot be formatted. The card is normally read and visible on the phone and computer, but neither the phone nor the computer can be formatted. The files on the card can be read without any problems. When I try to format my computer I get the error "Windows was unable to complete formatting". I have tried with other programs but also there is a bug.
Diskpart - Access is denied when wiping is attempted.
SDformatter - write protected error
Hard Disk Low Level Format Tool - formatting completed without errors, but the data remains intact
HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool - formatting error

I also tried to manually remove and add files from the card, but after reconnecting the card it turns out that the data is also unchanged.
