Hello, I have a problem with venting the cooling system. I was replacing the heater because I had no heating in the car, the hoses are cold as if there was no pressure in them. I tried to bleed the car but nothing happened. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, please help because I have no idea. I would add that I did a major overhaul of the engine and replaced all parts.

Describe how you vented. I am interested in whether the expansion tank is screwed or unscrewed. In addition, did you unscrew the breathers when pouring the liquid.

You probably have a clogged overflow line this small to the expansion tank check its care.

there is a transfer to the expansion tank at high speed and there is no transfer at idle.

In this situation, remove one hose from the heater, but do not completely fill the tank with liquid, turn on the fire and wait until it begins to flow out fluid when it begins to spray strongly with fluid we put on a hose and it should run.

Old t4 had a shut-off valve to the heater. If you have one, check it out. After refurbishing the engine was ok? Because maybe the guilty one wasn't on the heater side. Behavior as if the water pump didn't do the job.

I checked the valve is open. after the engine renovation it was ok or could it be the fault of the water pump? Because I have no idea.

Dismantle the thermostat and there is access to the impeller, then screw it with a screwdriver to turn it around so you have a simple matter.

I checked the water pump was working and the hoses were not clogged. the only thing is that there is circulation at high speed and there is still no low speed. the dog's return like crazy
