Installing Odis from AliExpress: Resolving Error ODS9007E & Failed/Interrupted Update

Finally ODIS arrived from aliexpress.
Unfortunately, during the installation, at the very end of the process, I get an error "ods9007e"
exact command:
ODS9007E Infrastructure. Online connection VW. Mirror2: Update has failed or has been interrupted.

I have browsed the internet and there is some information on what to do about it.
It seems to me that I have tried all the things and still the error pops up ...
Has anyone dealt with this?

ok, so it seems to me that everything is in accordance with the instructions from the album.
1. I have never had any ODISA installed, VAS so I do not have to uninstall the old software.
2. I click on Instal.exe from the Setup directory. The program installs on drive D in the programs directory.
3. During the installation, I give the license.deg track
4. The program installs successfully, after which I replace the OffboardDiagLauncher.exe file with the second one indicated in the manual.
5. Mount the iso file in the virtual drive.
6. I fire ODIS and point to the path to the update file
I give you the username and password ABC and ABC as in the instructions.
7. At the end of the update installation, an error pops up about which I wrote

now a few tips that I found on the Internet in various Anglo, Russian-language forums
- transfer the iso file to the C: drive so that the path is C: postsetup \ update - it did not help
- withdraw the date in the comp to March 2016 (I know funny but such thing was suggested by the Russians) - it did not help
- run ODIS as an administrator - it did not help

It looks like you have a problem with the postsetup database.
