    Hey!

Yesterday I tried to get to the ZE320 vacuum cleaner (Electrolux Ergospace). From what I have managed to realize, the entire Ergospace series should undress the same (the same housing).

The vacuum cleaner looks like this:

Scheme of spare parts for the vacuum cleaner:

After unscrewing all torxes and using force at the front and rear, it can not be completely dismantled. I came to the point where I had enough to undermine the back and front of the case that I managed to remove the "side panels" (those from which the eraser comes out). I tried to disassemble the buttons (switch and cable retractor), but I also came to the point where I would break them ...

Is there a patent for it, or do you just have to do it "for a hut"?

    Pozdr.

You must take the flap from the bag. It is removed by pushing the hinge pins of the flap and as the vacuum cleaner is in a normal position, pull it out horizontally into a slightly tilted. You have not forgotten about the screws under the gasket

I have reached the level of "screw under the gasket".
Yes, I thought that this flap could block something ... Thanks!

Reload again and describe the effect.

By the way: the real reason for unhooking the vacuum cleaner is the disappearance of the reaction to power regulation (strokes with a knob, but the power does not change) - I understand that most probably the belt will break / fall?

Yes, rather the reason for the fault. There are also screws under the HEPA filter. And the flap must be stretched sideways and pull carefully but firmly. generally removing this cramp is the most difficult part.

Hello, with this cover, watch out for me, she's already burst out, thinking that no one would undress.

No, definitely not at full opening. Then the hinge arms do not lean against the casing.

I will just write that the solution to my problem was to dismantle the cover over the bag. After removing all the screws and coming to the point that something is blocking when the vacuum cleaner is disassembled further, I lift the flap and push the pegs that hold the flap. Not for the first time, not the second time, but the flap finally came out and I could undress.

PS. It turned out that the power control did not work for me because the belt guide had a cracked element. The new roll is the cost of 8 zlotys :) [such a small white element with gears]

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around disassembling the Electrolux Ergospace ZE320 vacuum cleaner. Users share insights on removing the vacuum's cover, particularly the flap over the bag, which requires careful handling of hinge pins and screws located under the gasket and HEPA filter. The main challenge noted is the removal of the flap, which can be difficult and may require force. One user successfully resolved their issue with power regulation by replacing a cracked belt guide after disassembly. Overall, the conversation emphasizes the importance of identifying and removing all screws and components before attempting to dismantle the vacuum cleaner fully.
