    Hello,
I have a problem with the Integra 128 WRL control panel. I would like to control one of the low-current outputs of this control panel via SMS. The confirmation SMS comes from the exchange and the output status does not change. Switching the control panel on and off via SMS works, but the output control does not. Does anyone know where the "catch" is?

There is no trick and there is no output configuration and no SMS control method for this output. In such a situation it is difficult to help. I can only throw a loose password that the output can be set as, for example, MONO switches (type 24), and SMS controls the "Turn on output" function.

And the output configuration itself? There is a MONO switch, but you have to remember that by default it is "pushed" by all inputs and by all timers . Very often I see the installers forget about it. Perhaps the output is still active all the time.

In the configuration of outputs, the option from "which zone" was not selected

It was enough to select the "which zone" option in the configuration of outputs
