The biggest problem is with games that use their ports, for example, you can hardly play Heroes 3 with your buddies online (e.g. via Game-ranger "), just like The crew and many other games, in general, in my opinion, ports should be completely unlocked, or at least you should have access to do it yourself. I once heard that when you call the operator and ask you to unblock ports, they switch the modem to the "bridge" mode so it doesn't work as a router (only the modem remains) , which of course does not suit me. The question is if there is any way to unblock these ports and do they actually do such things after such requests? Thanks for all the information and help!
It is illegal to do what is illegal, and Vectra does not create any law just idiotic blocks on modems, so that people could not, for example, redirect their ports. At most, the supplier's regulations may prohibit something. The fact is that they don't monitor what's going on with the devices, and often they don't even get it over with.
If someone has Internet from Inea, MM or other cable it is not surprising that it does not work, because they blocked, but in Vectra unchanged, logging on admin works better and I checked it on their modem myself. Reports to two addresses, you can see in the screenshots. If there is a problem with logging in, just turn off the modem, unplug the coaxial cable (sometimes it is useful to reset with the button on the back) log in, make changes to the settings and save, and then turn off, connect the cable and start the modem, the configuration regarding e.g. ports will not be written .

You have the login and password for wifi on the back of the modem (SSID is login and the password is CM MAC) or you can change it yourself via EBOK.
If it does not work with the coaxial cable connected, you must disconnect it, press the reset button for ~ 15 sec. and wait 2-3 minutes for the modem to start, connect to wifi with your login / password and then knock on the admin in the browser.
But wifi works normally on my phone, I have internet, applications work, it does not work only logging in to the browser to the modem settings via http://192.168.0.1/ with this generated password, I do not know what's going on anymore mixed up: /
