Hello, the problem is the subject. While the engine was running, the oil hose was released. It spilled around the engine. I know the question may be prosaic, but I would like to sleep peacefully today. Can this spilled oil ignite while the engine is running and the second thing is how to remove marks and smell?

I'll tell you so sometimes I wash the engine with oil.
Rinse it off with water and so nothing will happen The oil ignites under very high pressure, I doubt it will happen to you.

Oil (diesel) is not the same as gasoline. In petrol the vapors are flammable.

My fuel heater leaked and fluid flowed from the engine. I noticed it the next day.
Let there be gas, let it be colorful.

HE just evaporates like gasoline only at a much higher temperature. Vapors are also flammable and explosive. In addition, it destroys the hoses from the cooling system.

It would evaporate quickly and there would be no problem.

Seal the leak, clean the engine or crates with brake cleaner.
