Hello,
for some time I have periodically had a problem connecting my phone to the Bluetooth Sync of the Ford Focus (2015). Well, from time to time he refuses to cooperate and does not connect. I checked that it's not my phone's fault because it works in another car. I also checked that there is no Bluetooth signal in the car in this situation.
I went through various forums and checked various advice:
- resetting the Sync system
- factory reset
- disconnecting the battery
Unfortunately, not all of them are effective.
Below is a proven and effective method to restore the Bluetooth connection:
1. Turn off the engine
2. Locate and remove fuse F67 (under the passenger compartment, third from the top in the second row from the left - 7.5A)
3. Turn on the engine for 1-2 minutes and turn it off (I don't know what it is for, but apparently it is necessary)
4. Push the fuse back into place
5. Start the engine and wait for the Bluetooth Sync system to start
6. Pair your Bluetooth device and go
