I have a problem with the samsung 11800mAh power bank. The problem is that it does not charge, and when I connect the power bank to the charger and connect it to the phone from the output, it charges the phone and when I disconnect the charger from the network it will not automatically charge the phone anymore. The electricity flows so I don't know what the problem is and what could have broken. Has someone had a similar problem or is able to help solve it? best regards
