    Hello
    The problem is Fiat 126p 650E 1991
It is impossible to set the idle, it smokes white, it only works on the intake and after adding the gas it goes out as if it did not react to the gas at all, you can hear how the air escapes from the engine. Could it be a blown head gasket? Before all the symptoms, the baby rode but he was very weak until one day I can't move him at all

First, the head gasket, valve seals, rings.
    Later regeneration of the carburetor.
The toddler cannot smoke white too much, rather gray and blue.

Maybe you should measure its compression before dismantling the engine. 10 minutes and you will know whether to disassemble it (where most of the time is in the picture of the cladding) or take care of the carburetor.

In the baby, the gasket under the head does not have any oil channels, so blowing it out will "only" decrease the compression in the cylinder -> fumes may only (excluding some drastic cases such as a broken piston) result from:
    - mixture too rich (blue / black smoke) - carburetor / intake to be checked
    - blue - oil from the head (valve guides), head rupture (in 99% of cases between the valves)
    - never seen but theoretically gray / blue - no compression and fuel / oil feeding on this cylinder

In the old days (fatal oils) sometimes the valves in this engine hung up (symptom most often work on one cylinder and a practical lack of power) - if your oil is not tar and was changed according to the schedule, it is rather impossible - anyway, it would turn out to be the measurement of compression.

Did you renovate something or did it break down the same way?

Airtight intake system? It looks like left air to me.

Knowing life, I would probably start with the symptoms

ignition set, I did not repair anything, I bought it, a toddler, I changed the oil for 4 years, then there were ignition problems, so I bought a new camera and a coil, wires, candles, etc.

And sometimes it did not blow out the seals under the gas sign or the stand because it hisses.

There may be seized rings (this is a smacking), since he rode from a jump, it is possible that the rings are standing.
Instead of doing it piece by piece, it's better to gut the whole thing and see everything, it's a waste of time for your little one to guess.
A lot would say the appearance of candles.

the gaskets in the carburetor and under the stand are new and the same .. the toddler will only fire on the suction .. if the suction is released, it goes out .. and does not react to the gas at all, he wants to add it immediately goes out, you can hear the air escaping somewhere

Leave that carburetor behind and record the escaping air.

Under the manifold you have these bolts with a hole like the head gasket will blow Fiat 126p 650E 1991: Idle Issues, White Smoke, and Air Escaping Engine - Blown Head Gasket?

From 1991, the toddler probably had an electronic element in the carburetor responsible for free obroy (I do not know what its professional name is).
If there is only one wire going to the carburetor, that's what it has. This flap must "tick". Maybe put 12v on this wire and listen to it. When there is silence, you have found the reason.

It is a pity that you cannot write posts without points. You probably feel like me
when I replaced the carburetor with a "new" one (regerenced).
The well-made throttle axle made firing difficult, limited the power, and about "highlanders"
revolutions not to mention. Anyway, who knows what fumes he gave off then :-D .
Respect the car because the price is included, and there is not much left of 3,300,000 :-)

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a 1991 Fiat 126p 650E experiencing idle issues, white smoke, and air escaping from the engine, leading to concerns about a potential blown head gasket. Various contributors suggest checking the compression, carburetor, and intake system for leaks. The symptoms indicate possible problems with the head gasket, valve seals, or carburetor settings. After troubleshooting, the author replaced the head gasket and the idle nozzle's O-ring, resulting in a significant improvement in engine performance.
