Fiat Fiorino 1.3 JTD 2012 - Persistent Blue Smoke and Pungent Exhaust Smell Post Firing

My Fiat fiorino from 2012 with the 1.3 engine starts to smoke blue with a very pungent smell of exhaust after firing! Look, I did DPF regeneration, I have new oil filters, chain etc. done.
The strangest thing is that when I start and chase him away after a few minutes he stops kicking and everything returns to normal !! He doesn't take any oil !! And it's like every day when I start it in the morning and it comes for a few minutes and it starts to smoke, I start scary and smelly smoke, passes a kilometer and everything returns to normal.
We have no idea what this could be ?? I checked what I could and everything looks OK!

Symptoms indicate a dirty EGR valve and does not close. The exhaust gases go to the intake manifold on a cold engine. Clean it and check the tightness of the door.

Metal what goes into the intake manifold from egra? If so, I cleaned it and unfortunately it did not help.
