Hello, I have a problem with my Samsung r540 laptop. After installing windows 10, the laptop heats up more and turns off and it even turns off in a long time. Could it be Windows' fault? [/ Spoiler]

Hello, I am attaching to the topic.
Lenovo X220. After switching to Win 10 in the company, he worked for about 2 months and started to overheat.
I did maintenance, the latest headsets (MS because Lenovo no longer supports Win 10 in this model) and a Bios update.

The temperatures are below 100 degrees C, while on Win 7 and Win 8.1 they range from 50-60 degrees C.
I have already done a lot of maintenance and I have not encountered such a case. Some driver related to the lack of support under Win 10 is guilty?

What does CPU usage look like? what processes are eating up the CPU? computer connected to the internet all the time?

Often, windows update is heavily to blame.
