    Hello .
I would like to have a recorder online view. I would like to set it in the cloud. I have a problem with the recorder code. By typing it on the page: http://www.ez4view.com:83/DeviceAdd.aspx I get the error in the picture
I also include a picture of the code from the P2P service.

What could be the solution to this problem?
    Greetings.

By. recorder, the recorder has established a connection with the P2P cloud (easy4ip.com).
Install Smart PSS on the computer, and gDMSS on the Tablets and Smartphones.

But I did nothing, I checked the options in the recorder and that's it. I just wanted to put it on easy4ip.com and I got this error.

    Hello
    I have the same problem.
I launched the p2p BCS recorder.
In my phone I launched gDMSS - Device Manager - cloud devices - wired devices - p2p. I scanned the code, gave the password and it works, but it was a LAN connection.
As in the phone, I disconnected wifi and switched to the mobile network, the phone no longer connects to p2p :(
At www.ez4view.com as I want to add the device crashes the same error as in the first post.
On this page in the login history I have, date and time of login and IP.

If this is a Line series recorder you do not need to add the device on the site, the QR code scans after establishing an online connection must work. Only point series devices use ez4view.com

Can it wash the ddns and p2p preview simultaneously?
I set it through ddns and it works. P2P still doesn't work.

But I also changed ports to other than standard ports.

When I set the gDMSS application in add p2p device port 37777 appears.
Is it going to change in the application for p2p to the port I have set in the recorder?

Either the attacks changed the addresses of P2P servers (after the attack my MES II also lost the view via P2P - the P2P menu in the software is displayed and informs that the On-Line connection, but no preview from the outside after P2P) or Doha for BCS changed P2P servers, and patched software for older models does not take this into account.
Edit: When I look at the list of my clients who have not been attacked (and have older equipment), I think that the "infected" servers have been swapped.

It scans the code, gives the password, the application connects once and crashes connection error once :(
Recently connected, but in 10 minutes it did not connect and did not work for half a day :(
Later it seemed to jump in for a moment and stopped working again :(

A bit of a colleague of this information. We understand that when connecting via an external address (via DDNS) it works and through P2P it doesn't?
Main stream or extra stream. Parameters of the connection on which the recorder stands and internet range in the phone OK?

If you have the option, restart the router and the recorder.

    Added after 1 [minutes]:

@suworow For several days I have been observing the same on some equipment connected to the mobile internet.

Hello and thank you for your help.

After DDNS works without a problem with the cellular network. LTE + signal. Works great on main stream and extran.

P2P on the cellular network does not connect :( I tested on main stream and extra. Which should be set?
When I switch the phone from the cellular network to Wifi, it jumps immediately.
But then it probably connects to the LAN and not to the internet via a router.
As I reset the recorder somehow P2P jumped, but after a few hours it does not connect again :(

No matter, the quality of the displayed image / internet connection.

    Exactly.

Maybe something on the side of P2P servers?

What recorder model does this problem occur with?
If the phone is in a LAN and not after LTE / GSM it connects to the recorder after P2P or internal IP?

For me, the recorder is XVR0801E-III.
Now it has started connecting to LTE via p2p and nothing has changed.
Although there are days that do not connect, the next day it works again.

After LAN it always worked well, only after LTE it did not work.
