    Hello
    I have a BCS-NVR04015ME recorder and a camera of this type https://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/HY-P...ss-Monitor-Security-Camera-Home-Protection-IP -camera-TF / 1863210_32403298004.html? spm = 2114.12010608.0.0.fd180g
Does anyone help in the configuration because something does not work for me, the recorder sees the camera but unfortunately there is no image, maybe something wrongly set or worst of all does not support.
Many thanks in advance for your help.

    I type everything correctly.
In the meantime, I played casually with the camera settings and if I check the options as in the picture or turn it off it starts working I don't know why. For now I have a recorder and a camera connected to the router and I still need to check under how I will add switches because it will also be used with two other cameras.

    Hello
I have another problem, I cannot access the recorder remotely, the username and password page opens, and after entering the login error pops up. This happens as one wants to get through the noip domain. logging in locally via an IP address is no problem. On the router, all redirected to the recorder because I changed the standard port 80 to 1080.

Yes, the fixed IP set on the router, the forwarded port, after the IP address connects without a problem if you want to connect after the ddns address, it also connects because the reversal from the recorder appears, but after entering the user and password, the login error message appears as in the picture .

    What does everything mean?

Everything, i.e. http, tcp and udp ports, but it works, it turned out that the error was in the port of tcp or udp not enough numbers, Czech error.
But now I have a problem with access from the phone I have a program that I downloaded using qrcode provided by the recorder and July I do not have a preview from the camera maybe the program's fault you have maybe some proven or some idea what may be wrong.

Ok, theoretically, the program works on the cell, works also through the browser, but I have a problem starting PTZ, when I'm logged in from the cell or through the browser, I can rotate the camera, but if I'm logged in remotely from another computer or from the cell via LTE, I can't use the PTZ camera does not respond if you need to set something or something is not compatible.

If the camera is not BCS / Dahua there may be communication problems or you need to redirect some port.

The camera is not some branded link in the first post. So far it has gone enough to restart the recorder and camera and it seems ok. I still need to test how it will work through the switches. And then configuration with other cameras, it probably won't be easy ;-)

If you do everything for yourself then you can experiment but for me the installer does not have this option because the customer would kill me with his eyes and not only seeing such quality of service. The whole system must work from the "arrow" so I always choose equipment from one brand.

Unfortunately, I did not choose the equipment, but a friend who once bought cameras first, then second and third and now he was reminded that the recorder can be added. The worst thing that he asked me to start it and so it happens when you start does not assume the whole set (and I said) but what can I always play with while learning something, the whole is to be established on the plot anyway so I can experiment for it I don't pay, but how can he afford to spend money several times instead of once and it's his business. I suspect that the problem will be with one camera because it is quite old but maybe I will be surprised.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around configuring a BCS-NVR04015ME recorder with an HY-P2P IP camera. The user initially faced issues with the camera not displaying an image despite being recognized by the recorder. Suggestions included verifying ONVIF compatibility, ensuring correct port and login credentials, and setting a fixed IP with proper port forwarding on the router. The user later encountered remote access issues, specifically login errors when using a DDNS address, which were attributed to incorrect TCP/UDP port settings. After troubleshooting, the user managed to connect locally but faced challenges with PTZ functionality when accessing remotely. The conversation highlights the importance of using compatible devices and proper configuration for successful integration.
