Hello. I purchased the LV-AHD840 recorder. I wanted to configure the preview on the cell. A preview program like in the subject - vMEyeClouds. Quite intuitive. We have to set up:
    - address (192.168.1.XX)
    -port: 37777
    -User ID: np admin
    - password: np admin (ie the password for the BCS program). (of course, when I'm in the home network. From the outside, the classic setting with NO-IP and instead of 192.168.1.xx gives XXXX.ddns.net)

The problem, however, appears with LIVEBOX . In the "Network configuration" tabs, I set the following:
    - DHCP: static IP address for the recorder (192.168.1.XX)
    - NAT / PAT: here I think I should set the port (37777), but I have a blocked access - photo posted.
Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds
    - DNS: the recorder appears with a static address (192.168.1.XX)
    - UPNP - I did not add anything
    - Dynamic DNS - I set NO-IP - according to BCS configuration instructions (but I can not use it, because it should first work with the network inside and not from the outside).
    - DMZ - I have not changed anything (no access)
    - NTP - no changes.

In spite of such settings - on the cell you can not see the image from the cameras at all. The question is why. In my opinion, because PORT should be set in NAT / PAT (37777). But I do not have access there as you can see in the picture. Does anyone have any idea why? Possibly what I did wrong that I do not have cameras on my mobile phone? The settings in the recorder are identical to the bcs_konfigur__sieci__1_.pdf file, available on Electroda and in my other post.

I will say immediately that I log in to IPv4 and not to IPv6.

There you have to choose a service - different or something like that.

With a home network using an external address, this will not work. Connect via cellular internet and use the address from DDNS.

Question 1. Where should I choose this service? I put photos - the fields marked in red there are grayed out and I cannot enter anything there. I attach photos below so that you can see the settings.

Before I try to connect from the outside (using DDNS, which, by the way, is already registered and in livebox, as can be seen in the picture below, the date is currently refreshed), I have to connect from the inside using 192.168.1.xx. It is impossible.

The first screen. NAT / PAT
Application / Service - from the drop-down menu you have to choose the last position (own, different etc.)

If there is nothing on this list, try to first perform the "Firewall Configuration" and select the low or own protection level there with the least possible protection.

As it has not changed anything and the application / service menu has nothing, you have corrupted software.

    Picture 1:
    - I marked it in red - everything is grayed out and I do not have access to it

    Regarding security:
You can choose low / medium / high and customized to the user. The only problem is that after selecting at the bottom is SAVE and I would expect that after clicking the selected option remains. Meanwhile, after clicking SAVE nothing happens and after refreshing / returning to the security page there is nothing selected.

If damaged software - mkzna / just need to update it or the entire router for replacement?

Save yourself a copy of the configuration. Prepare login and password for neostrada.

    disable livebox
Press and hold the reset button and turn on the livebox. Keep the button pressed all the time (about 30 seconds.
Try to log in to page 192.168.1.1 and enter your login and password for neostrada there. The new firmware should start uploading.

I have settings on my cell:
Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds

    In the recorder I have:
Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds

Unfortunately, up to now I have no preview - neither being at home (using 192.168.1.XX) or outside the home (using NO IP). It is interesting because I had the same liveboX but with the software from 2014 - everything smigalo extra. I exchanged for a new one (with new software) - and as you can see, you can not connect at all. I have the impression that this is related to IPV4 / 6.

Disable IPv6 on it (remove suffix / ipv6 from login)

Noip will work in the home network.

How to remove the idv6 in the login to LIVEBOXA in the tab No. 2 (NAT / PAT) there is no access to the ports (everything is grayed out) so there will be nothing set on ports 80/37777. Will it be correct?

I am asking for information as in the above configuration (shown in the pictures) is done incorrectly. I have still wondered about the password I set on my phone - the same (login & password) that I set in the recorder.

Hello. Can I ask Honorable Members for some help with the following? I have read posts such as:

    https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic3127634.html

But these solutions do not help. Above I have posted the settings of the phone / Livebox and the Registrar. I can not move on the home network.

But right away ... Why are you setting up anything on the router ???
After all, you want to use the cloud / p2p to connect to the recorder. So your job is only:
1 - network configuration of the recorder (IP, correct default gateway, DNS)
2 - finding the cloud code / p2p recorder (usually in the menu somewhere is)
3 - entering this code, the correct port, login and password into the vmeyecloud program

4 - if you want to do it in the same network as the recorder (eg wifi), switch to LTE or 3G data transmission.

    And all should be flying.

I did the above activities. I tried to connect via p2p, but I come across the same problem - i.e. the phone (emyesuper program or clouds) do not see these cameras at all.
For order, I am attaching the current settings and I have doubts right away Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds : Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds

Picture 1 & 2: I wonder why on 2 # there is no recorder on the list, if the 1 # picture is (IP 192.168.1.21)? Is this correct?
Picture 8 # - Firewall: here also there is no recorder. Is this correct? I suspect that I checked the connections, I checked the cables - the lights are lit at RJ45, so the signal flows (moreover, in # 1 you can see that the recorder is visible).
Maybe DNS in the recorder instead of 192.168.1.1 should be written in the recorder with Z ipv6 or 2a01: 1700: 2: ffff :: 9f01?

The program setting itself can be seen below (in 2 variants IP and p2p): Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds

Settings of the recorder itself (before P2P configuration)

    It is disturbing:
Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds
and after correcting and setting finally, I have:
Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds
    I DDNS / IP:

The above configuration worked in the old LIVEBOX (from 2014). I have now changed for a new one - IPV6 is there and as you can see something is not working. It looks like a port was poorly constructed.

    My dear,
he does not give up. I applied to Orange because I thought that in IPV4 mode I should be able to modify:
    - NAT / PAT settings;
    - firewall in the firewall configuration (I wrote above that with IPV4 I had it all "grayed out" and no access.
Orange exchanged my Livebox router for FUNBOX. Here, in fact, in IPV4 I have access to everything.
I set Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds NAT / PAT:
Other settings - as above in the pictures. Plus in the recorder I added a new type access account (example) admin1 with the same password.
This account and password by typing in a phone application - it still does not give anything.

I started to check the settings and cables again (even with the cable from the recorder another device (router) and works fine. CONCLUSION - The cable is ok). But two questions came up to me:
    - in the BCS configuration instructions, besides setting the IP address, gateway, subnet mask and TCP port (I have 37777) I see that the UDP port appears. There is no such menu in the recorder menu. As it can be seen above, it redirects it to 37778 in Funbox. Is this not a default from the other UDP can in the recorder and after the protu bad redirects?
    - after removing the RJ45 cable from the recorder I noticed a disturbing signal: although there is no cable in the recorder - diodes (yellow and green) with an empty RJ45 socket all the time they glow with constant light. Is this correct? In each router, another RJ45 socket, as long as there is no cable - there is no blinking / illumination of the LEDs. Why do they shine? Maybe something damaged in the recorder?

I will be grateful to any suggestion.

Flashing LEDs are quite disturbing, but if you get to the recorder locally from your computer, it means that the connection works.
From the screen shows that the ports are properly redirected, (firewall on the funbox disabled?)
even without a ddns domain, you should be able to access it from an external IP.
You can still delete port forwarding and enter the IP address of the recorder into DMZ. Now you have a login without ipv6?

I do not know what we mean by getting into the recorder - only in the Funbox menu I see that the object is connected to IP 192.168.1.21 (I assigned this address permanently). I will not go there in any other way.
Login I have without ipv6 and it certainly works on IPV4 because I do not have in the address: lower screen: Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds

I have zapore at low level. (picture). If I were to move to the user level (below) there is nothing set up:
Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds

Staying at home, in the same network, say login on the phone by 192.168.1.21. It does not log. After entering 192.168.1.21 - the site is not reachable.

In the local network, you should go to http://192.168.1.21/ without any problem. Even if you only see the login menu.
If this is not possible it is quite possible that the recorder got an arrow after a storm and the LAN fell.
Can you configure a LAN connection in its settings? Have you tried dynamic / static configuration?

Well, I think we have a solution. These LEDs on the RJ45 always shine - regardless of whether the cable is or not. AFTER logging in on 192.168.1.21 - shows any browser that there is no such page, even though FUNBOX sees it:
Configuring LV-AHD840 Recorder for Mobile Preview via LIVEBOX 2.0 / Funbox 2.0 and vMEyeClouds

As far as the LAN in the recorder is concerned, I set up the above-mentioned system tab -> network, ie gates, fixed IP (with terminal 21), etc., according to the pictures. In my opinion, this should work.

Perhaps it can actually be a storm (as you wrote it - I associated it), because about a week ago (then it stopped working) all neighbors and I also got traffic jams in the houses. Some people burned televisions. Nothing at all. , but as you can see, it is possible that something fell ... The only thing left is the dedication to the service. Because LAN is (you can see it in FUNBOX) but it definitely does not work. Thank you for your help.

Still for all LIVEBOX users: if after switching to IPV4 mode you do not have access to NAT / PAT and network security (as I did above) - this equipment is to be replaced. This was confirmed by the ORANGE assemblers.

The easiest way to check this is with ping. Hold Windows Logo + R, enter "cmd" in the command. Then enter "ping 192.168.1.21 -t" or "ping 192.168.1.21:37777 -t" in the open console.

    You should get something like:
    Response from 192.168.1.21: bytes = 32 time = 5ms TTL = 64
    Response from 192.168.1.21: bytes = 32 time = 4ms TTL = 64
    Response from 192.168.1.21: bytes = 32 time = 7ms TTL = 64

If you have something like this:
Response from 192.168.1.15: The target host is not reachable.
Response from 192.168.1.15: The target host is not reachable.
Response from 192.168.1.15: The target host is not reachable.

Well, something wrong with the recorder.

Alternatively, try to restore it to the factory settings, although I doubt it will help.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around configuring the LV-AHD840 recorder for mobile preview using vMEyeClouds and addressing issues with the LIVEBOX 2.0 and Funbox 2.0 routers. The user is attempting to set up a static IP address, port forwarding (NAT/PAT), and dynamic DNS (NO-IP) for external access. However, they encounter problems with grayed-out settings in the router interface, inability to connect to the recorder from both internal and external networks, and potential software issues with the router. Suggestions include checking firewall settings, ensuring proper network configuration, disabling IPv6, and verifying the recorder's connectivity through ping tests. The user eventually switches to a Funbox router, gaining access to NAT/PAT settings but still struggles with mobile access to the recorder.
