Hello, I am planning to exchange for Intel and the question is what best to buy a motherboard for I5 7500 in the budget I think 300-350 PLN?
I have a second question regarding RAM RAM, whether it pays 2133 or 2400 MHZ MHz DDR4, I'm thinking of 8GB HyperX. I care about games, mainly CS: GO.

2400 - such a processor supports it, so there is no point in taking slower.

Disc - ATX, MATX? Any other requirements other than that it should work (e.g. m.2 socket)?

Boards with the B250 chipset are made for Kaby Lake and you don't need to update the BIOS.
