For some time I have been struggling with the problem of lack of power in my 407. I have already checked everything and I have the turbine and its control, so I wanted to start with the cheaper option, i.e. control.

From the servicebox I read that I have 2 solenoid valves and according to the description both are described as a turbine solenoid valve. I would like to ask if this is a mistake in the description? or are they both bridged in some way?
I know one is located at the bottom of the engine from the front, but I can't locate the other. Could someone please indicate where I can find him?

The valve is accessible from the bottom of the car above the right half-axle from the timing side.

If you have 3 elbows in a limb, you will get it from the bottom, for people with "ordinary limbs" access without problems from the top of the engine.

No, EGR has an electric actuator.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the lack of power in a Peugeot 407 SW 2.0 HDI 136 FAP, specifically focusing on the solenoid valves that control the turbine. The user inquires about the location and function of two solenoid valves described in the servicebox as turbine solenoid valves. Responses indicate that one valve is located at the bottom of the engine, while the other is accessible from above, depending on the user's physical access. Additional clarifications reveal that one valve controls the turbine, while another controls the intake flap, and the EGR is managed by an electric actuator.
