The washing machine draws water, does not wash - brush rating - motor connection

Hello, I have a problem with the Bosch WFL1607BY / 27 washing machine, the washing machine draws water but the drum does not move. I read that it may be the fault of the programmer or the brushes in the motor. I took out the motor and brushes, in my opinion the brushes should be replaced, but before I buy a new one I would like to make sure that it is their fault, but I don't know how to connect this motor for a short time. I would like to add that recently I heard such gurgling during washing, especially during spinning and when I had a lot of clothes in the washing machine. Can anyone instruct me how to connect and check this motor?

These brushes are gone. Be sure to replace them. Before replacing, check the condition of the commutator.
