Hello. I can't open the rear passenger door. Neither the remote control nor the external and internal door handle. Cypek don't move. Even after releasing the parental lock, they won't open. The garage mechanic told me that there was only a repair option at Volkswagen. Is it true or is it nothing serious but a guy drove me? Please help if anyone knows what it could be or had the same problem. Thanks

Standard on these cars. You have to torment the lock until you can open it, then remove it, throw it in the trash and install a new one.

The lock in B5 has a kind of disadvantage and I fix it on the bank from both sides as long as the calculation brings me a shame and the customer smiles. If not, there is nothing to talk about.

I don't know what's new there, because I do as I do and I prefer to be sure of getting rid of the defect. You have to move this gingerbread as the arrow shows that the metal hooked on the plastic. Important - the outer handle must not protrude outwards or by a millimeter. In the front you can help the pilot by pushing back and forth, because it is unlocked in two, and I don't remember at the back.

Hit your hands hard from the outside and try to pilot, let go. How do you get tired of upholstery, metal sheet out and strength entry. It is not easy. The first option is better. Insert new castle.

Today I tried to remove the cover outside to the right of the door handle because there is supposedly such a trigger and when you press it the lock should go down, but I got down because I would scratch the door in the spit. Thanks for any advice, I won't give up so easily.

The anti-theft guard does not allow access to this jig. I won't say what to do with her anymore. How does it work on the other side it is better not to preview and earn some extra money ..
