Maybe someone had a similar problem. I cleaned with the tablet twice, because the coffee fainted poorly through one tube.
The tubes were cleaned while the system was being cleaned. He made one coffee after cleaning without a problem. Immediately after her, I wanted to make a second one. Normally, coffee grinds, the brewing unit makes normal sounds, the mechanism goes up, moves the coffee, but the coffee does not come out of the tube into the cup. All coffee flies into the drip tray and the used ground coffee is spit out as if nothing was left in the waste basket.
When, after switching on the machine, it makes a preliminary rinse, the water does not come out through the pipes but flows into the condensation tank inside.
Something broke, maybe a pressure problem. I really don't know. Unfortunately, I can't even come to the website because I currently live in a country where Nivona doesn't have a website.

So you probably have a damaged drainage valve.
Well ... you have to change the country :)
Seriously ... - I don't quite understand the questions ... because I conclude that you are not going to diagnose and repair the device? Are you asking in which country is the website? Any home appliance service provider can repair this machine as long as they have any idea.

    Thanks for the answer.
I asked because I don't know what it is. If you know, thank you for the advice.
If I can fix it myself, I will gladly remove the cover and look for this valve. Do you need to replace it with a new one or can you fix the one that is?
If any appliance repair shop can fix it, I will go here and ask. I thought it was something more complicated and Nivona diagnostics is necessary.

I will only add that it pours water and coffee through the hole inside the machine under the serial number sticker.

That was my suggestion. Online hardware diagnosis at a distance.
My suspicion must be made, the machine dismantled and located if it actually releases the valve, if not observe where the leak is from.

For equipment repair, it is even advisable to avoid authorized services that are taught to replace half of the equipment modularly.

After observing, I think the drain valve is fine. Nothing is leaking.
I don't know where it is coming from - definitely not from the brewer. The rest is built-in with nothing visible when the machine is working.
Thank you very much for your help and answers to my problem. You must, however, look for a website.

Although I do not see the operation of the machine, after removing it, I see that the drainage valve is in a terrible condition ...
elimination of leakage from the espresso machine, however, forces you to unscrew the casing, it is difficult to locate any fault without it

I accidentally came across other posts and mention of your current apartment in the States,
I think it will be hard to find a service center that will repair typical European equipment ...

I unscrewed the whole case. I can't locate the leak. I can only see that the rinse water is poured into the condensate tank. After removing the brew unit quickly, no leakage can be seen anywhere.
If I may ask - how do you know that he is in a terrible condition? I cleaned the remnants of coffee that were there and is now like new - of course from the outside. so what can be broken? I look at the upper plastic and lower rubber part and everything looks correct ...
Yes, it's true, I got a job in the USA and took the espresso machine with me, Well, I will try to take it to my suitcase, properly protecting clothes, foams, etc.

I found a service in Miami near me, authorized saeco but I don't know if it makes sense. It is true that I can order this part from Germany through eBay but how to properly spin and replace. That is the question ... Besides, if I can transport it to Poland, I will replace the seals, etc. and use it for the next 8 years.

This valve has a certain operating time, it is an operating element that can withstand a certain number of coffees and can be replaced .. I determined its consumption based on sealed coffee ..
It does not accumulate after two three coffees .. Such a valve lasts on average about 5 years.
Naturally, I do not recommend replacing it for those who do not have a DIY knack, because although theoretically it is very easy to replace it, but every few days I receive express after trying to replace the valve and although I am surprised by the damage is unbelievably much ...

US espresso machines have really unusual solutions, some of which I don't understand and to be honest I don't know if a similar way of thinking is the other way around :) Also, before you go to the site it is worth finding out if they have an idea about European equipment or whether it will be the so-called experimental rabbit.

If in doubt, I can help ...

Thank you very much for your reply.
I would be able to exchange it if I had a video every step by step done. I even searched on YouTube - unfortunately there is not. This item can be ordered without a problem. It's on ebay and Allegro. However, as you said - for a person who has never done it, one screw is not the one unscrewed, not the order and can be more broken than repaired.
I regret that the machine is in really good condition. I took care of him very much. If I had a short video on how to do it (or at least written on a piece of paper step by step what to unscrew in turn) I would definitely manage. I'm not that dumb :D
I would not have to transport it in a suitcase. I assume that they won't break it during transport.
Thanks again for the answers. I attach a photo of how it looks after cleaning. I note that after the initial flushing of the system there is no leak in this place.
