Hello. I have a problem with the NIVONA 757 machine. After brewing coffee, the message top up water appears. Water was in the tank, removing and inserting the tank did not solve the problem. Exclusion also changed nothing. If anyone knows what to do, please let me know.

The floating magnet in the tank could get stuck. I don't know about Nivon but in Jura there is a magnet floating on the side of the bottom of the water tank. When the level drops, the magnet also activates the water level sensor. Or the sensor has gone down.
