Start by entering the location. You have these speeds on LTE1800aero2 or LTE800Sferii, how far to BTS. Show screenshots from status on IDU, signal parameters. The BTS you are using is massively overloaded, in Plus it is the norm in many locations, it is a poor operator. Sometimes the only solution is to force the connection to another unloaded Plus BTS. for this purpose external directional antennas are used for the selected band. IDU-ODU 200 is scrap, it has a poor omnidirectional antenna in the ODU, it works like that at short distances from the BTS. Nobody oriented will take it, it is an electric break for me.
