Yes you were right, this parameter is changed by the master, in print:
2001-01 CR Bias Adj
is -1650 * is -1650

2201-01 Dv Bias Adj Printing:
is -650 * is -680, so it's increased by 30?
-02 ID Sensor Pattern
is +0 is +0

And do you know if it can be reduced - because it is too strong after all ... so reduce it to -660 or -670?

I changed to such parameters:
2001-01 CR Bias Adj
is -1650 * I gave -1600
2201-01 Dv Bias Adj Printing:
is -650 * I gave -550
-02 ID Sensor Pattern
is +0 I gave -1

And the printout is still strong.

set everything to default and make some black copies.
Sneak the white start of the card with something.
I suspect that he added toner from under the codes.
Forced toner suplly.
Distribute it a little.
An additional question is it dirty?
If not then do the above and do not search for a problem because it is not there, these machines just make nice black as they are efficient and so it should be.

Hello.
Can error SC878 be repaired with a firmware update? It appears to me when the device is turned on. When I do a reset using a computer, everything works ok. Aficio MP171spf device. I would like the latest firmware please.
