RICOH Aficio MP C2051 - Scan to Folder on Windows 10 Setup Guide, Troubleshooting & Service Tips

Hello. How to set scan to folder on above mentioned device to windows 10. I know that a new user is being created. I also create a folder that I share and the device sees it, but not when I click, scan it and the file in the folder is not there. It will be the 3rd computer. The previous two were set up by a service technician. The computer is new. sees the device. I have no idea where to start.
