According to the given INPUT CD description, you have 19, 20 additional connectors on the pin. The cable must be connected to them and of course they must be connected. Ask if this is how the cable presented in the auction is made.
Rather you need such a plug:

because you have such a connector on the radio - socket:

What is your signal source? Are you sure it has a 3.5 3-pin jack output, and not a 3.5 pin-4 jack by accident?

Whether on the radio you choose the AUX, IN CD input as the signal source or similarly described, because there is in some models such an option to switch the signal as manual.

I wonder if you do not need to connect here, after all there is the inscription booster (amplifier) and when connected in pins 19 and 20 it sounds, but soooo quiet.

Buddy, don't worry, it is designed to control an additional power amplifier.
Answer the question, what is your specific source of signal?
Give the signal from the headphone output of the MP-3 player and slowly increase the signal while observing the radio response.

The source of the signal is a phone, I checked at home because I have speakers in the kitchen with a portable battery powered bluetooth, at home I only unplugged the jack from the speaker that normally played
like this doll. Unfortunately, when connected to the car radio, it sounds but very quiet, as if there was no amplifier. Changing the speakers left, right, there is no sense, it's understandable, the radio set after pressing the CD (no disc in the player) to AUX. Maybe there is a bridge there to strengthen?

You write that you have to guess it does not sound unequivocal.

Give the signal directly from some headphone output and observe the action.

The output signal from the BT module may be too low (low level).

If the symptom is still the same when connected from the headphone output, it may indicate that the manufacturer did not provide support for this input in this version of the radio. For example, several input elements may be missing ( usually coupling capacitors - the residual signal passes through the parasitic capacity of the print itself prepared for their assembly ).
