Maybe in turn. The best will be a shaft with sheet metal, not full counterweights. On full load the engine is much harder to "swing" to higher revolutions, the bearings wear out more, the seats in the crankcase are easier to form. I have a friend whose shaft twisted after 400 km on full counterweights. I have heard positive opinions about those with Duells connecting rods. Unfortunately, from what you have given you only have one to choose from, because the other 2 are shafts up to index 125.

Thanks. The only problem is that you will not find a shaft with a duella connecting rod or a shaft with covered counterweights: /

As for the covered counterweights, people plug the holes with a stopper and it improves the rotation. As for the shaft, I recommend regenerating the old one if it is not a complete corpse. If only the play on the connecting rod, pierce / replace the crank and it will be better than such inventions.

The engine was lying in parts for several years, the shaft was cracked and I have no idea where it is. Does anyone know how much would it cost to regenerate the shaft along with sealing the holes?

Regeneration depends on the condition of the shaft and a specialist / plant and you will do the sealing yourself because it is simple. The wine cork, epoxy glue and holes are matted with sandpaper, you degrease and paste.

I can recommend one company that deals with cylinder grinding, regeneration of karters and shafts for various motorcycles. If the shaft is not a complete corpse they will do it, upon customer request they can also provide connecting rod from other shafts like Yamaha. Like something pv. Once upon a time I had a case where I took a shaft from SSC 125 to a local company, which had already been reconditioned. Unfortunately, they refused the service.
