No chance, just a new complete transmission. However, there may be a problem buying a replacement.

If the teeth on the wheel are not damaged, all you have to do is replace the gear flange and possibly also the plain bearing in the head.

Press recommended for wheel dismounting. Do not use a hammer.

    I downloaded the gear.
    The placenta was crumbling.
And I have something like this:

And you can't pull it out, can you? This bearing is as if embedded in plastic.

You have to buy a collar. It is a good habit to specify a model - this is a technical forum.

Everything is correct you are looking for by model and then enter the catalog number starting with 0 60 .............. is on the company plate. Order the part with the number I gave and it will be ok. You live in Warsaw so go to the Bosch central service and you will get it there easily and when you take the gear and spindle with you, they will put them on the press right away.
Here you have a link to the Bosch: http://www.powertools-aftersalesservice.com/p...wa213S0VrcFhMZ3NRVUhsXzd5NC12VFVYaVljUVVIbDg9 click on the product number corresponding to your device ( all models produced for the European market have a bearing flange with the same number that I gave you).

Just roll the collar and replace the 6201RS bearing and you have a problem with your head or replacement for a new 1605805079 price of the new PLN 41 + V catalog price for a street customer.

aha, and be sure to replace the slide bearing 1 600 200 029 or you can insert a bearing KH0810. This is the support on the other side of the spindle axis where you have a dimension of 8mm.

Here you have the bosch documentation, entry GWS9-125 and look for the model corresponding to your grinder

I just solved the problem as a colleague wrote above. Let's see how it works. If not, you will buy an original collar. I do not see this Pan in the list.

This bushing has a sliding bearing in the head, supports the lower part of the spindle, at the top you have support on the replaced 6201 bearing and at the bottom is the bearing or HK0810 bearing. And you can't see it because it appears as a whole head in some drawings, but when you open another GWS drawing, you'll have it listed. And check it out because if the bearing fell apart, there is definitely looseness in the bearing, replace it because the gear is too bad.

1600910018 do you mean this part?
For me, the acetabulum was not bearing. The acetabulum is ok after folding, there is no slack. But the bearings make it crap. 20 PLN bearing and after inserting the roller is loose.
Thank you all for your help.

It is supposed to be "crap" :D there is supposed to be a bearing with C3 clearance, which is exactly 6201RSC3, it is a special technological clearance, the bearings are manufactured with different applications, one will be rigid and the other will look like it would have LUZ but that's how it should be. Write what bearing you put in, I will tell you if it will be ok. As for the bearing, depending on the number 10 digit were used HK bearings or needle bearings. If there is no clearance on the folded one, you will not check it, you need to insert the spindle without a rack and a bearing plate and check that there is no play. With such damage to the bearing as you had it is very likely that you have it.

In this situation, it is safest to send the tool to the site. It is possible to quote the repair before sending the product. The courier, at Bosch's expense, receives the tools and delivers the repaired back to their own hands.
